Cookie Policy

Ruqora uses only the cookies and browser storage needed to sign you in, keep the service secure and remember settings you choose. It uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so it does not show a cookie consent banner. The marketing website and the application share the ruqora.trade address, so this policy covers both.

1. Strictly necessary storage

These are needed for features you ask for, such as signing in. They do not require consent.

  • sb-…-auth-token (browser local storage): your Supabase sign-in session for the application. It remains until you sign out or the session expires and cannot be refreshed.
  • __Host-rq-tour (cookie, secure, HTTP-only): the session for the waitlist guided preview after you verify your email. It lasts up to 30 days and is removed when you sign out of the preview.
  • __Secure-rq-owner, __Secure-rq-owner-r and __Secure-rq-owner-setup (cookies, secure, HTTP-only): used only on the operator’s administration console. The session lasts up to 12 hours; setup tokens last 10 minutes.

2. Security cookies set by Cloudflare

Cloudflare protects Ruqora against bots and attacks. When that protection is triggered, Cloudflare may set its own security cookies, such as __cf_bm or cf_clearance, to recognize traffic that has passed a check. They are used for security only and expire within a short period set by Cloudflare. No such cookie was set during ordinary browsing when this policy was reviewed.

3. Settings you choose

The application remembers interface choices you make. These stay in your browser and are not used to track you:

  • sidebar:state (cookie): whether the application sidebar is open. It lasts 7 days.
  • ruqora-layout (local storage): your split-view workspace layout.
  • ruqora:market-terminal:v2 (local storage): your chart display settings.
  • atlas-theme (local storage): your colour theme, if you change it.
  • ruqora.agent.threads.v1 (local storage): your Agent conversation history, only for accounts with the Agent enabled.

4. Analytics and advertising

Ruqora does not run an analytics script in your browser and sets no analytics, advertising or social-media tracking cookies. Cloudflare and Ruqora’s servers process request information, such as IP addresses and requested pages, to deliver and secure the service, and Cloudflare provides the operator with aggregate traffic statistics from that processing. This does not use cookies or browser storage.

5. Content loaded from other services

The application loads fonts from Google Fonts, token images from the image hosts token projects use (for example DexScreener’s image service or IPFS gateways) and your Discord avatar from Discord. Your browser connects to those services directly, so they receive your IP address and browser information under their own policies. Ruqora does not ask them to set cookies. Social links open external websites with their own cookies.

6. Removing cookies and storage

You can view and delete cookies and site storage for ruqora.trade in your browser settings. Deleting them signs you out and resets your settings and local Agent history. It does not delete your account, waitlist entry or other records Ruqora holds; the Privacy Policy explains how to request that.

If Ruqora ever adds analytics or other storage that is not strictly necessary, this policy will be updated first, and that storage will not be used until you agree to it.
