Terms of Use
Last updated
These terms govern your use of the Ruqora website and the private beta research application. Read them together with the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Risk Disclosure.
1. Operator and agreement
Ruqora is operated by Salah Eddine Saadouni (“Ruqora”, “we”, “us” or “our”), an individual operator based in Poland, in the EEA, who is your contracting party. “You” means the person using Ruqora. By joining the waitlist, activating access or using Ruqora, you agree to these terms to the extent an agreement can lawfully be formed that way. If you do not agree, do not use Ruqora.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter this agreement. If you act for an organization, you must be authorized to bind it. Do not use Ruqora where that is prohibited by law or by restrictions that apply to you.
2. What Ruqora provides
Ruqora is an informational research service for Solana tokens. It organizes public blockchain and market data into launch discovery, token pages, lifecycle states, risk classifications and their evidence, wallet and “smart money” activity, watchlists, portfolio views of public wallet addresses and market news. Some accounts the operator enables also have an AI research assistant (the Agent).
Ruqora does not execute trades, hold or move your assets, connect to your wallet, or ask for private keys. Its content is information and research, not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell anything. You make your own decisions. Ruqora is currently free; it charges no fees and has no paid subscriptions. If a paid service is offered later, its price and terms will be presented before you are asked to pay.
Trading and paper-trading (simulated trading) features are not available in the private beta. If a simulation feature is offered, its results are simulated and do not show what real trades would achieve.
3. Private beta access
Access to the application is by invitation. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee an invitation, a date or a particular feature. Invitations are personal: activate access only with the email address that was approved, and do not share your access.
The beta is a test version. Features may be incomplete, change, fail, be limited or be withdrawn, and data may be delayed or unavailable. Ruqora may end the beta or an individual invitation. Feedback you give helps improve the service.
4. Accounts and security
Provide accurate information and keep control of the email address and any Discord account you use to sign in. Keep your password secure, do not reuse it elsewhere, and do not let others use your account. You are responsible for activity you authorize. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly to support.
Never share verification codes, sign-in links, private keys or recovery phrases. Ruqora will never ask for them.
5. Acceptable use
Use Ruqora lawfully and respect others. You must not:
- Bypass or test sign-in, invitation, role or rate-limit controls, or access systems or data you are not authorized to access.
- Introduce malicious code, overload or disrupt the service, or scrape or bulk-extract data by automated means beyond normal use of the interface.
- Use Ruqora to commit or facilitate fraud, market manipulation, harassment or other unlawful activity.
- Use Ruqora research to identify, expose or harass the people behind wallet addresses, or present a Ruqora classification as an established finding that a particular person committed fraud or another wrong.
- Resell or redistribute access or restricted data, remove ownership notices, or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
6. Research content, risk labels and data limits
Market and blockchain data can be delayed, incomplete, wrong or unavailable. Blockchain nodes (RPC), indexing and market-data services can lag or fail, bonding-curve and migration states can be read incorrectly, and sources can disagree. Check timestamps and evidence. A missing warning or missing data point does not mean a token is safe.
HOT is a discovery classification, not a buy signal or a sign of low risk. Risk states such as WATCH, CRITICAL, RUGGING and RUGGED are assessments of on-chain evidence under defined criteria, for example liquidity removed from a token’s pool or bonding curve. They can be false positives or false negatives. They are not legal findings about anyone’s conduct or intent, and they do not guarantee that rugs will be detected or losses avoided.
Wallet relationships, “smart money” labels and creator links are inferred from public activity and can be incomplete or wrong. No score, classification or research result guarantees profit, prevents loss or predicts future prices.
7. Wallet addresses and public records
Wallet addresses and transactions shown in Ruqora come from public blockchains. Saving a wallet address in your workspace links it to your account; save only addresses you are entitled to track. Ruqora cannot change or remove blockchain records. Portfolio values for saved wallets are estimates from public balances and available prices and can be incomplete.
8. AI-generated output
Agent answers are generated by AI models and can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and can state wrong conclusions confidently, including about people and wallet relationships. Verify important information independently before relying on or sharing it. Do not present AI output as established fact about a person or entity.
9. Your content and feedback
You keep any rights you have in the messages, labels, feedback and other content you submit. You allow Ruqora to host, process, copy and transmit that content as needed to provide the features you use, keep your workspace and handle your feedback. If you give feedback or suggestions, Ruqora may use them to improve the service without obligation to you. You are responsible for having the right to submit your content. Do not include secrets or unnecessary personal information.
10. Intellectual property
Ruqora’s name, branding, interface, software, classifications and original materials are protected by intellectual property rights. You may use the service for its intended research purpose while your access lasts. Access does not transfer ownership of Ruqora’s software, branding or datasets. Third-party data, token names, images and trademarks belong to their owners. Nothing here restricts what the law expressly allows despite a contractual restriction.
11. Third-party services and links
Ruqora depends on hosting, authentication, email, blockchain, market-data and AI providers whose availability and accuracy affect the service. Linked websites, communities and services have their own terms. A link or a token listing is not an endorsement of a token, project or provider.
If you separately use a wallet, exchange or other crypto service, you are responsible for checking its terms, addresses and transaction details. Crypto transactions are usually irreversible.
12. Availability and changes
Ruqora does not promise continuous availability, complete market coverage or delivery of every update. It may change, suspend or discontinue features for development, maintenance, security or operational reasons. A demonstration or roadmap is not a commitment to provide a feature.
13. Suspension and ending use
Ruqora may restrict or suspend access, or end an invitation, where reasonably necessary because of a breach of these terms, suspected misuse, a security risk, a legal requirement or the end of the beta. The response will be proportionate, and Ruqora will tell you the reason where practical and lawful.
You may stop using Ruqora at any time. Signing out does not delete your account; to have your account and records deleted, email the privacy contact. Terms that by their nature continue after use ends, such as intellectual property and liability, continue to apply.
14. Disclaimers
Ruqora is a free beta provided as it currently exists. To the extent the law allows, Ruqora does not promise that the service or its content will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete or suitable for a particular trading strategy, or that it will identify every risk. Crypto assets, especially new tokens and memecoins, can lose all their value. This section does not remove any warranty, guarantee or remedy that the law gives you and does not allow to be excluded.
15. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Ruqora is not liable for trading losses or lost profits resulting from your own decisions to transact, or for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, fraud, death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. If you are a consumer, your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
16. Governing law and disputes
If you have a concern, contact Ruqora first so it can try to resolve it. This does not prevent you from using any remedy, regulator or court available to you.
These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not take away the protection of mandatory rules of the law of the country where you habitually reside. Courts with jurisdiction are determined by applicable law, and as a consumer you can bring proceedings in the courts where you live. These terms do not require arbitration or exclusive jurisdiction in Poland.
If a provision is unenforceable, the rest of these terms continue to apply. Not enforcing a provision once does not waive it.
17. Changes to these terms and contact
Ruqora may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be announced in the application or by email before they take effect, where reasonably possible. If you do not agree to updated terms, stop using Ruqora and you may ask for your account to be deleted.
For legal notices and questions about these terms, email the legal contact. For product, account and access help, email support.
